Wok chicken and white cabbage
Recipe for 2 persons
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cabbage
1 onion
1 paprika
bit of parsley
200 gr chickenbreast
175 gr rice
200 ml water
half teaspoon clove
half teaspoon cinnamon
half teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sambal ulek
1 tablespoon ketkap manis
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of flower
bit salt
bit pepper
some parsley
Slice the veggies.
Slice the chicken
Butter in the pan and the chicken.
Wash everything or start with clean utensils.
Brown the chicken.
Add the veggies, stir well.
Cook them almost as well as you wish. (5 to 10 minutes)
Mix the spices in some water and mix well.
Pour them in the pan at low heat.
Keep this all bubbling for about 5 to 10 minutes.
In the mean time
Cook the rice as the package tells you.
Serve the rice with the mixture on top, or seperate.
You can take potatoes when you don't like rice.
Or skip the rice and put the mixture in a wrap.
