Pancakes, a recipe
I know, I know, Internet is fullof recipes for pancakes.
Here is an easy one, suitable for kids too.
Takes: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr. flower
- 500 ml milk
- tiny bit of salt
- butter, margarine or oil to bake in.
Take a large bowl and put eggs, flower, milk and a pinch of salt in it.
Stir well until all lumps are gone.
Take the pan, add a piece of butter or so in the pan and heat it until it sizzles.
Add a large spoon and pour a bit of the mixture in the pan and move the pan until the mixture has covered the bottom.
Bake it about 2 to 3 minutes until the top is dry.
Turn and bake for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Put the pancake on alarge plate and cover it with a large lid or another plate.
Add new butter if needed.
Bake the others.
You can do nice things with pancakes.
When putting in the pan you can add bacon, or slices of apple. But it'll make it more difficult to turn.
You can put bacon and apple on top when the pancake is ready.
Bacon and cheese is nice, and apple and cinnamon.
Other combinations: banana and chocolate, sugar and cinnamon, meat and lettuce.
Or jam.
