One simple instruction.

You must stay at home
Only leave the house for shopping, as infrequent as possible, one form or exercise per day alone or with family members, medical need, or to care for a vulnerable person, work

Don't meet friends.
Use food delivery where you can.
The police will enforce.

All shops closed that sell non-essential items.
All social events, including weddings, excluding funerals.
All places where people can meet are closed, including churches.
