Stay at home if you feel sick or have any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills. These are not all Corona symtoms, but they can make you more vulnerable.
Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw it in the trash can. If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands. Don't touch the sleeve and wash your garment immediately. Even though some publications say that a virus disappears from fabric in 6 hours, we have no researchj backingthem up.
Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing, and when youhave been outside. 20 seconds is enough. If you don’t have soap and water, use hand sanitizer with 60%-95% alcohol.
Avoid touching your face, especially your nose and mouth.
Clean very often the things that get touched a lot, like door handles.
When you go out in public, keep away from others, limit contact. Keep all contact at a distance of 1,5 to 2 meters at least.
