Creating small group immunity ?

Question:

Can't you take groups, infect them, keep them inside for 14 days and then do it with another group?
That way you can keep it in control and you'll get immunity in the whole country, after a while.

It's not a bad idea, but there is a huge BUT....

A virus is not something that sticks to rules of confinement.

That's why it escaped from Wuhan, that's why people get infected and we can't find a cause.

The virus is already everywhere in the country.

But the thinking is right
